        In 1959,I was in 5th.Standard.We had a text book of English language carrying essays on great personalities of India.The first essay was on Mahatma Gandhi.It opened with the sentence-
        "If any one can be said to have won the freedom for the nation,he was
         Mahatma Gandhi."
   We were made to mug up the essay I still remember even after 54 years.Gandhi`s aura was so big then that no body could dare speak against him.He was darling of the masses.Probably,he still continues to be so but new generation having not heard so much about him,their concentration is more on Nehru -Gandhi dynasty only.Their idol ranges from Indira Gandhi to Rajiv Gandhi to Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.Congress thought all their sins shall be diminished with the surname Gandhi.
            In 1946,Sardar Patel was almost unanimous choice for Prime minister ship but Mahatma Gandhi changed the course of history by mandating Patel to withdraw from the contest in favour of his favorite Pt.Nehru.Misfortune struck the nation,we were burdened with Nehru who with narrow vision did not allow the nation to grow in normal way,Russian Socialism was followed by him where everything was closed and the people did not get fair opportunities to go naturally,it was all state controlled,license and permit raj was the hall mark,economy moved very slowly,a few industrial families close to Nehru benefited from his rule but India did not benefit.It was a close economy,history was made to be written by his captive historians where Nehru was eulogized for great economic development,foreign policy was designed in such a fashion that India did not have upper hand,enemies showing up all around.Pakistan and China exploited Nehru`s weaknesses and raised their heads to the disadvantage of India.
            When Nehru era came to an end in 1964,there was lull for a brief period for the family when Shastri Ji became P.M but misfortune again struck India in 1966 when Shastri Ji suddenly died and Indira Gandhi became the Prime Minister who also followed old rotten Nehruvian Policy and made a captive governance.The misrule of Indira Gandhi continued till lifting of dreaded Emergency in 1977.People brought the Manta Party Government with great fan fare which could not sustain for more than 27 months and Indira Gandhi returned to power in 1980 till she was assassinated in 1984.Disaster was doubled when Rajiv Gandhi was first installed as Prime Minister without election for leader of the House and Rajiv Gandhi winning 415 seats in Parliament.With such a vast majority,he always remained uncomfortable for his full term.He was first P.M who suffered the allegation of corruption.
        Though,NDA government did fairly well but by narrow margin lost the 2004 election and UPA l and UPA ll remained in power for 10 years under a deaf, dumb and a blind Manmohan Singh which gave to this nation a most corrupt government under his umbrella.He came protection to all corruption and misrule,people suffered immensely.Then comes 2004 election giving hope to recover from the yoke of UPA.We thought Manmohan Singh was suffering from the compulsion of collision politics but now it has been revealed by Sanjaya Baru that it was not Manmohan Singh but Maa-Beta who were misruling the nation.Manmohan Singh was only a mask.
          The announcement of 2014 election brought Narendra Modi to the fore and BJP realized that it can sail in the boat of Modi.Modi became a phenomenon and he energized the nation with his untiring and aggressive campaign.In free India.no other political leader worked so hard as Modi has worked,Contineousely for 7 months he went to every nook and corner of the country addressing more than 450 rallies traveling more than 3 lakh Km.People profusely responded to the man who started his life by vending tea in train in Vadnagar in Gujarat.All political leaders of all hue heaped on him all abuses,he is most persecuted and abused leader in India.All opposition leaders were abusing him as if it was he who was misruling the country and people suffered misgovernance at his hands and condoned all the sins of Maa- Beta ki Sarkar.
           It appears to me that all leaders who indulged in corruption are mortally scared of Modi as they know they can not manage him as they were managing Maa- Bete ki Sarkar.The so called intellectuals are scared as they will not be able to  exploit Modi as they were able to manage SoniaG- RahulG duo.
        The nine phase 2004 election closed on 12 the.and the Exit Poll shown by all channels predicts Modi lead government on 16 th.When I traveled to Canada on May 10,I talked to some people at Heathrow,London and Toronto Airports.When I told them that Narendra Modi is an incorruptible leader and a man of vision of growth and development,they were very happy and satisfied and they wished me and India well.
          The blunder which was committed by Mahatma Gandhi in sidelining Sardar Patel and bringing a incompetent leader like Nehru is going to be corrected after 60 years of misrule by the people.The course correction is a laudable act by the people of India who rose above caste,creed and religion to bring in Modi and save the country from a retard RahulG.People deserve all praise for their courage and conscience ness towards their duty towards the nation.Mahatma who brought freedom failed to navigate the nation by derailing the nation at the first government formation level which the people of this nation have done now by electing a man who rose from the dust, remained incorruptible and dreamt of a vision for good governance.

       Never before Election Commission of India felt so much helpness as the Commission under Sampath is feeling now.The Commission no doubt is undertaking stupendous task of holding election in 2014, but it appears to have failed on three counts affecting the outcome of this collection.First,Pune voters complaind that lacs of voters did not find their names in electoral rolls, in other Constituencies also voters lodged this complaint in as much as Mr.Deepak Parekh`s name who happened to be Chairman of HDFC Bank was also missing.Preparation of electoral names is the responsibilities of the Commission and every eligible voter has a national duty to cast his vote but when names are missing the Commission fails the voter to perform their national duty.The Election Commission has been running a campaign to awaken the voters to vote in big numbers. Similar campaign is being run by different media houses to educate the voters to their national duty to cast their vote.
       Secondly, the Commission also failed to stop booth capturing in UP and Bihar,these two states always help parties to form government at the center. Commission have been put at their disposal huge paramilitary forces to help them conduct free and fair election but despite that even Modi had to lodge complaint at a public rally and challenge the commission to hold free and fair election.It is reported that elections were held in Yadav-Muslim in UP which is bastion of Mulayam Singh Yadav where booths were captured by Mulayam`s supporters and cast votes in favour of SP.
      The third most heinous complaint has been Commission stopping communalising the election.The Commission had been very quick in issuing notices to certain politicians who wanted to communalize the election and passed orders not to allow them to campaign but one bizarre case has been of Azam Khan,UP Minister who broke all barriers in public decency in his utterrences.He equated Commission with CBI as an arm of the government which functions at the command of the government of the day.Though he was ordered not to campaign but he still defies the Commission and campaigns.Another case of bad management is of that Beni Prasad Verma who had been abusing the opposition mouthful. Beni Verma appears to be an uncouth politicians who does not stick to any decency.He abused not only opposition but also Mulayam Singh Yadav from time to time in filthiest language unheard of.Salman Khurshid had been yet another case who constantly violates all code of conduct.
        Varanasi is going to be an acid test for Commission but my reading of the situation is that Commission is going to give a free run to all communal political leaders of every hue to play dirty communal politics.All Muslim leaders have decended in Varanasi to campaign against Narendra Modi.Congress have sent its all Muslim leaders such as Salman Khursheed,Gulam Navi Azad,E.Ahmad etc.,NCP have sent Nawab Malik,Maulavi Baba came from Ahamdabad , Maulavi Madani have all come to Varanasi to campaign against Modi.I can not complain against leaders descending in Varanasi to campaign but the question is,have these leaders come to campaign simplycitor and exercise their seculer credentials or they have come to communalize the election?Varanasi have sizeable number of Muslim population running into three and half lacs.Out of that around 70,000 are Shia Muslims who are likely to vote for Modi.Traditionally,Sunni and Shia Muslims are always at loggerhead,if Sunnis resolve to vote against Modi strategically,Shias will vote for Modi.All these Muslim leaders have decended  to stop fragmentation of Seculer votes which was proposed by Sonia Gandhi at the beginning of election campaign. These leaders have come to translate into action the communal plan of Seculer Parties.
         Would the Election Commission remain deaf,dumb and blind to the scenario obtaining in Varanasi?Do they not realize that the campaign of these Muslim leaders are going to be only on communal lines?Would the Commission intervene and take cognizance of the ground realities of Varanasi? My bet is Election Commission will maintain stoic silence in this respect and keep seeing the battle of Varanasi on communal lines.If it so happens,I shall not hesitate to say that muteness of the Commission amounts to encouraging communal politics.The claims of Ganga-Jamuni Tehzib so far claimed by the people of Varanasi is going to evaporate in thin air.It is all going to be Communal,Communal and Communal alone in Varanasi and Election Commission shall remain DEAF,DUMB and BLIND.

    Every civilized nation is governed by Rule Of  Law made by its sovereign body to be complied by the people of nation if it desires to be orderly.The paramount document for the governance of the nation is Constitution which varies in length.US have smallest Constitution which have only 7 sections with a few amendments, India have longest constitution with 395 Articles with 10 Schedules and have witnessed more than 100 amendments ,the first amendment came in 1951 itself.I mean to add the Government of the day could not tolerate and respect the constitution even for one year.Britain has no written constitution but still the Great Britain administration and its courts run the nation on common law basis.
       In India any law passed by the legislatures can be annulled by the Courts but in Britain legislations can not be struck off by the Courts.Courts can only use power of interpretation while it deals with the legislations.
         Article 324 of the Constitution speaks about conduct,control and superintendence of election in India by a body called Election Commission of India which is supreme in all matters connected with the election from the date of notification of election till constitution of the Legislatures.Even Courts do not interfere in any matters relating to conduct of the election.The Election Commission have constitutional protection as the members of the commission can not be removed except in accordance with Article 124 of the Constitution, meaning thereby by way of impeachment which is applicable to Judges of the Supreme Court.Such is the protection provided to members of the Election Commission.
         On the notification of election the President of India and Governer of the states place all the members of beurocracy at the disposal of the Election Commission which obey all orders of the Commission.Temporarily the Central and State governments loose all control over their beurocracy till election comes to an end.
          Under the Representation of Peoples Act,all elections can be challenged by way of election petition to be presented to respective High Courts only and in no other way.
         Since inception, only retired beurocrates are appointed as Election Commissioners which is going on till date which at times invites seething attack by the politicians.Since politicians have to abide by all directions,they can not but obey the directions but use unsavourey language against the Commission.No doubt the conduct of election is a stupendous task which Election Commission have to perform which the Commission have performed with efficiency but at times unpleasant controversies take place which becomes ugly and gives impression of partisan behavior.Nonetheless, Election Commissions have done commendable jobs and performed largely in non partisan manner.

           When Narendra Bhai Modi by his frequent interviews recently on various channels was trying to carve out a path "Love All'Hate None" philosophy of BJP,certain leaders of BJP such as Giriraj Singh a candidate from Nalanda in Bihar and Dr.Pravin Togaria ,VHP President are spoiling the path which can not be accepted by any sane person.Giriraj Singh said that those who oppose Modi should go to Pakistan.Togaria incited Hindus to take ugly step to punish Mr.Ashgar, a Muslim businessman who purchased a property in Hindu area in Bhavnagar,Gujarat.These erratic statements have agitated the mind of every peace loving citizen in India.They are out and out a reckless statements which can not be supported by any Modi supporter.
          Narendra Modi was very eloquent in stating that every citizen of this country has the same right which he has.He assured all that he hates communalism and only good governance and development are his Mantras sacred to him.He has been maintaining that his book of religion is Constitution of India meaning thereby the nation will be governed by Constitution which speaks about a Sovereign Socialist Seculer Democratic Republic.Are these two leaders not aware of the goal of our Constitutional  India?Were it not their zeal to terrorize the already terrorized Muslim community?
          I hold poor Muslim community most unfortunate as a community which has remained most poverty stricken,education starved community inspite of having voted to Congress for most of the period.When they think of shaking off the image of Vote Bank,they are terrorized by secularists to compell them to vote for them.Recent Judgment of the Supreme Court on Muzaffarnagar riots that UP government was negligent in stopping the riot at the initial stage is an indicator.That is how several governments have let loose riots on them to secure their votes.After Muzaffarnagar riots,it was being perceived that they would never support MSY as they failed to protect them in as much as they were inflicted with indignity and humiliation but MSY has succeeded in securing their full support in his favour.Similar story prevails in Bihar where Muslims have polerised in favour of RJD-CONG. combination.They can not even dream of good governance and Development where their aspirations could come true.They have to languish in the same pathetic conditions.
           Narendra Modi laid bare his vision for every one where every one irrespective of caste, creed and religion could taste the fruits of his good governance and development. He was going to demolish all these barriers and percolate the success of his hard work to the weekest of the society.People had started believing his words as he was one who had risen from the dust,people had started identifying themselves with him.But then these spoilers try to pour cold water on every ones aspirations. They are real culprits of the society whose utterances have to be dismissed out right and with all contempt at their command.
            Nation has suffered a lot in the last ten years,nation has been pushed to the brink of total collapse. People suffered oppressive politics of UPA,Economically our nation has been ruined,national wealth was allowed to be plundered by the Prime Minister who always maintained stoic silence.After this dark age created by UPA,nation was making endevour to take a leap forward and grab the opportunity which was being promised by Narendra Modi.Country is feeling suffocated and strangulation,they saw a ray of hope in Modi`s promises At  this juncture, these spoilers have to be forgotten like a nightmare.It is fervently hoped that the words of these spoilers are dismissed as a bad omen and only Narendra Modi`s words have to be remembered.AMEEN.

          Nations vision on Secularism had been always a blurred one and appeased not the real minority such as Christians, Sikhs,Jains, or Parsees as they were insignifican minority not capable of influencing the outcome in the elections.Congress always laid emphasis on appeasing Muslims as they were in majority amongst the minorities and always drew attention.15% Muslims generally through out India and concentrated 25%-30% in various constituencies in many states became dear to Congress  from Mahatma Gandhi  to Pt.Nehru.
         In 1946,Maulana Abul Kalam was going to retire as President of Congress and his replacement was considered.Mahatma Gandhi wanted Sardar Patel to take over as party President but Maulana Azad influenced Gandhi Ji to go for Pt.Nehru as he would have commanded better respect from Muslims.Sardar Patel was always perceived as a tough man .
         Dr.A.S.Pabla, one of the biographers of Sardar Patel described Sardar in the following words:-
               " His great integrity'strict discipline and adhearence to core principles of the struggle ,complete disinterest in office and power as such,and fatherly care for his associates and fellow congressmen made him the only man capable of standing up to Gandhi Ji."
           But Sardar Patel was sidelined at the instance of Mahatma despite near unanimous choice.Pt.Nehru did not receive even one vote in the AICC.Sardar Patel felt pain at this decision but bowed to the wishes of Gandhi Ji.Rest is history, every one knows about it.
             When partition took place,lot of Muslims migrated to Pakistan and the evacue properties were allotted to refugees who came from other side of the border. Mahatma wanted that all the Muslims be brought back to India and their properties occupied by Hindus be reallotted to them.However, it did not happen.
           When Pakistani infiltrators attacked Kashmir, Sardar Patel proposed withholding Pakisatan`s share of cash balances left by the British.The amount was Rs.54/- Cr.Gandhi Ji said such an act would be morally wrong and went on a fast unto death. Sardar Patel tried to prevail over Gandhi Ji, but he finally relented in order to save the life of Gandhi Ji.
            When Secularism was being articulated, it was perceived that there should be "equal respect,equal opportunities and equal liberty for all, regardless of their religious affiliation or social location. In principle, the Indian National Congress had agreed but in practical terms,appeasement to Muslims was perused.
               Dr.S.Radhakrishnan noted" No religion should be given preferential status of unique distinction. No person should suffer any form of disability or discrimination because of his religion but all alike should be free to share to the fullest degree in the common life."
           Are our leaders applying the aforesaid principles in persuing Seculerism.? Are our seculer leaders not chasing a particular religion for votes? Are they not branding others who are not persuing that policy as fundamentalists? Was the Accidental Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh right when he said that Muslims have the first charge over the national resources?Was Sonia Gandhi right in demanding Bhukhari not to allow the seculer votes to be fragmented?
         When Kashmiri Pandits were thrown out from Kashmir,did these seculerists shed any tears on them?Hindus are minority in Kasmir,was their rights ever protected in the last 20 yrs? When 59 Kar sewaks were roasted in train compartment at Godhara Rly. Station .,did the seculerist or the secular media ever drop a tears.What kind of secularism the Congress or so called seculer parties are persuing?
            During Mrs. Indira Gandhi's life time any attack on her used to be fashioned as  attack on the stability of the nation,The sycophants of Congress would not allow any one to say a word against Mrs.Gandhi.Now every seculer parties chasing Muslim votes abuse each other profusely but they burry all their hatchets and join hands together to form government at the center .,no matter,nation takes nose dive.In the name of fake secularism,they are prepared to drown the nation.
           When BJP was likely to come to power in 1996,the secularists pronounced that BJP will disintegrate the nation if it comes to power.People gave better and better numbers to BJP in three successive elections and BJP did much better than all the previous governments. National remained quite intact.Unfortunately, NDA lost marginally in 2004 and UPA came to power in 2004 and 2009.Nation has suffered heavily,in  dignity of the people and economically too.
          I only wish nation`s blurred vision is cleared and all the mud in the eyes are washed away with the tears people had to release from their eyes.Nation must be cautious now and not be mislead by the fake secularism.

     A big bomb exploded,Modi is caught red handed hurling the bomb,Congress declares Modi a terrorist,disqualified to be Prime Minister.A great solace for Digvijaya Singh, Shobha Oza and others of Congress,they declare all their corruption,oppressive policies,diminishing economy and other sins stand wiped out and they have won 2014 election on this plank,Modi and BJP stand a looser. I feel like beating my head on the childish behavior of stalwarts of Congress.They have lost all sence of proportion. Congress feel they have discovered a great winning formula.
        Narendra Modi declared in his nomination papers which he lodged for Vadodara constituency his marital status that he was married to Yashoda Ben.Yes,he acknowledged for the first time since he started contesting election.Earlier he would leave the column blank.It appears for the first time ,Election Commission had made its intention clear that if any column is found blank,nomination paper can be rejected.Under this compulsion,Modi made this declaration.Earlier there was no such compulsion,so Modi would leave the column blank,his nomination paper was always accepted as valid nomination paper.
          It is a matter of common knowledge that Narendra Modi was married in 1968 when Yasoda Ben was 17 yrs. and Narendra Bhai was 18 yrs.The interview given by Yashoda Ben is being shown on TV channels,wherein she said that it was her decision to leave Modi`s company when she found that there was restlessness in his heart to serve the nation and not remain bound in family tie.On realizing this she did not want to be a hurdle in his way of service to the nation.Since she withdrew, both of them remained completely disconnected,Modi never tried to contact her,she still did not make any complaint against Modi and always wished him well.She wishes that Narendra Bhai becomes the Prime Minister.
          What is big deal in it that Congress feels so much ga ga that Modi can be put into the dust on this count and all the records of good governance and development can be also raised to the ground.We are aware that Digvijaya Singh heads the dirty trick department of Congress joined by Shobha Oza now.He only abuses others like Kejriwal,I do not find any difference between the two.Both are capable of doing nothing having achieved the expertise of talking ill of others.
          Normally, politicians in the name of serving the nation serve the family first.They amass wealth in the name of their kins, promote their family members.Nehru-Indira-Rajiv-Sonia did promote their progony,service to the nation was secondary.This is true to other politicians also without serious exception.All political parties except BJP and Lefts are family based parties.
            In this gloomy scenario, We have Narendra Modi who kept himself completely away from family ties,dedicated himself to service to the nation.He never allowed any of his five brothers to take advantage of his proximity.Nation relishes Modi`s clean incorruptible image which is a rare commodity in the present day dirty political atmosphere. Congress never found any answer to Modi,failed election after election in Gujarat except Congress fought election there on  2002 Godhara riots which was properly retaliated by people in Gujarat.When Modi ascends on National Scene,he takes the nation by storm,he create a wave all around,every one chants Modi Modi.His name has become a household name,Scholars, Youth,Farmers,Corporate sector,Traders and Professionals like me pin their hopes on him.When Congress find itself in complete bewilderness, it has found SANJIVANI in the form of Modi`s marital status.
          People feel completely disgusted and disillusioned with Congress,they have restarted the nation like their heir apparent, country was made to suffer immensely, people lost faith in governance and development. Will decrying Modi`s marital status take Congress an inch forward?If Congress feels so,I will only lament on their mental bankerupcy.
         Now Congress will only further detoriate on election plank.People will not excuse them,any amount of character assassination is indulged by Congress.

          The Chicago born,Narendra Modi`s right hand man Amit Shah was appointed one of the General Secretaries of BJP and in charge of UP by RajNath Singh surprised none when BJP President took charge.That was the moment when Narendra Modi started knocking the door of Prime ministerial chamber of BJP.Then Amit Shah was an externed MLA of Gujarat and filing of chargrsheet was still looming large on him.But Narendra Modi and Raj Math Singh imposed full confidential in him in the background of his performance in the past.Amit Shah secures utmost faith of BJP machinery and his organizational capacity in organizing events like his supremo Narendra Modi.
       Amit Shah,50 was born in a Gujarati American business family in Chicago,US but he abandoned his country of birth and joined RSS to serve his native motherland.He contested 42 elections in Gujarat big or small and without exception won all.He is perceived to be a strong planner on ground level unlike other BJP strategists who worked in closed doors.BJP was doing badly in UP election after election despite all efforts made by UP`s leaders but BJP always cut a sorry figure,the decimated Congress also did better than BJP.Then came the influence of Modi who suggested Amit Shah`s name to improve the situation in UP.He took the responsibilities and quietly started working on the turf of UP which was a foreign soil for him.Constant guidance by Narendra Modi who himself worked as RSS Pracharak in every corner of India started bearing fruits.Hefty 80 seats in UP and to corner maximum from there was minimum if Modi`s aspirations was to be fulfilled.The heavy burden, appears to have been well discharged by Amit Shah as all opinion polls suggest over 50 seats  for BJP which may further rise a little,59 being the highest tally of BJP from UP.
             In the midst of run away success ,Amit Shah made three speeches in Muzaffarnagar area which is being termed as hate speech.On April 3,at Shamli and April 4, in Bijnor and Muzaffarnagar made certain statements .Addressing a Jat rally in Bijnor on April 4,Amit Shah is alleged to have said,
                " Mayawati,to appease a community that oppresses you
                  and rapes your women, gave its members 19 poll tickets
                  .........You tell me ,can we raise our honour by mingling with
                 a community that kills our men ,our youth?"
Shah further said that " When Modi becomes PM,Mulla Mulayam`s government in UP would fall on its own the very next day"
         On April 3 in Shamali,Shah alleged to have said,
            "This is the question of honour of western UP.It is time for revenge now.....batons ,guns,and swords belong to a bygone era.These days you take revenge by pressing the button ( on the EVM ).
         On April 4, Shah exhorted Hats in Muzaffarnagar to "safeguard their honour.You have been treated as second class citizens.If you want to set aside self respect and practice casteism, I can not say anything....one can not guard his honour is useless."

         Now let us examine whether aforesaid statements fall within S.153A of Indian Penal Code which is a cognizable ,non bailable offence.
           S.153 A ( Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion ,race ,place of birth ,residence ,language etc.and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony :-
        ( 1 ) Whoever-
( a ) by words ,either spoken or written ,or by signs or by visible representations or otherwise promotes or attempts to promote ,on grounds of religion , race,place of birth ,residence ,language ,cast,or community or any other ground  whatsoever, disharmony or feeling  of enemity ,hatered or I'll will between different religious ,racial ,language or regional groups or castes or communities,

        Article 19 of the Constitution provides protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech etc. which is guaranteed right of every citizen.The right of freedom of speech and expression is subject to the existing laws,interests of the sovereignty and integrity of India,Security is state,friendly relations with Foreign States ,public order,decency and morality.
         The Supreme  Court of India in a recent Judgment on Muxaffarnagar riots gave  the following finding,
          " Thus ,we prima facie hold the state government responsible for being negligent at the initial stage in not anticipating the communal violence cans for taking necessary steps for its prevention"
